1. About League Parlay
League Parlay is an information, collaboration, and bet-slip-building service. It helps people organize leagues, discuss selections, assemble personal or shared slips, and follow results.
League Parlay is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, does not hold wagering funds, and does not guarantee that any wager will be available or accepted.
2. Eligibility
You may use League Parlay only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms and use the service where you are located. During the beta, you must be at least 21 years old to use League Parlay (pending attorney confirmation). Using a third-party sportsbook is subject to that operator’s age, identity, location, and other eligibility rules.
3. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell League Parlay promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or use an account without authorization.
4. Product and Social Features
The service may include leagues, rosters, invitations, shared picks, comments, collaboration, leaderboards, notifications, public or private sharing, and other social features. Visibility depends on the feature and the sharing choices selected. Other participants may copy, discuss, or act on content you share.
5. Bet Slips and League Parlays
Slips and League Parlays are organizational records inside League Parlay. They may show selections, odds, statuses, contributors, and user-entered wager details. A slip displayed as sent, placed, live, settled, won, or lost does not make League Parlay the bookmaker or counterparty to a wager.
You are responsible for checking the exact selections, prices, stake, rules, and status with your chosen sportsbook.
6. Sportsbook Handoff
League Parlay may help you prepare information for a third-party sportsbook. Any sportsbook handoff is separate from League Parlay. The sportsbook alone determines availability, account eligibility, odds, acceptance, limits, grading, settlement, payout, and disputes. A prepared slip is not proof that a wager was accepted.
7. LP AI
LP AI may summarize information, research selections, generate suggestions, or assess uncertainty. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is informational only, is not financial or gambling advice, and is not a prediction or guarantee of any result. You must independently evaluate all output before relying on it.
8. Third-Party Data, Accuracy, and Outcomes
Odds, schedules, scores, statistics, player information, injury information, and other sports data may come from third parties, change rapidly, or contain delays and errors. League Parlay does not promise that information will always be complete, current, or accurate.
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, community activity, grades, trends, or AI assessments do not guarantee future results.
9. Acceptable Conduct
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, scrape or exploit protected information, post unlawful or abusive material, pressure others to wager, misrepresent results, or use League Parlay to violate law or third-party rights.
10. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You must have permission to submit it. You grant League Parlay the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, and operate that content through the features you choose.
League Parlay’s software, branding, design, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
11. Third-Party Services
League Parlay may link to or interact with fantasy, sportsbook, sports-data, identity, messaging, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy practices. A link or technical connection does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.
12. Availability and Changes
Features may change, become unavailable, or experience interruptions. League Parlay may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service, subject to applicable law.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. League Parlay does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate data, accepted wagers, or favorable results.
14. Indemnity
This section will be completed after legal review.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. League Parlay may suspend or terminate access for misuse, risk to others or the service, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated. The final policy should explain how material changes are communicated and when updated terms take effect.
