1. Scope
This draft explains information that may be handled when you use League Parlay. It does not claim practices that have not been verified. Final wording must match the product’s actual operation, vendors, contracts, settings, and legal obligations.
2. Information You Provide
- Account information: sign-in identifiers and account credentials handled through the account system.
- Profile and contact information: names, display names, avatars, email addresses, and information included in support requests.
- League and roster information: leagues, invitations, memberships, roles, teams, and roster associations.
- Slips and League Parlays: selections, contributors, comments, placement status, user-entered stake or return information, and results.
- Social and public sharing: content you share with collaborators, league feeds, or people who receive a public link.
- LP AI interactions: prompts, selected games or bets, feedback, and related output needed to provide the feature.
3. Information From Integrations and Sportsbook Handoffs
League Parlay may receive information you authorize from connected services, such as league or roster information. A sportsbook handoff may send selected bet information to a third party, but the final policy must describe the exact information and direction of transfer for each supported handoff.
4. Usage, Device, and Technical Information
The service may process information needed to operate and secure the product, such as pages or features used, timestamps, device and browser details, network information, error records, and security events.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
League Parlay may use browser storage or similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, and product operation. See the Cookie Policy for the draft explanation.

- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.

7. When Information May Be Disclosed
Information may be visible to league members, collaborators, or public-link recipients depending on the feature and sharing choice. Service providers may process information to operate the product. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, rights, and service security.
8. Public and Social Sharing
Content shared to a league feed, with collaborators, or through a public link may be seen, copied, or reshared by its audience. Available controls may differ by feature. Removing access may not remove copies already made by other people.
9. Retention
Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, and legitimate recordkeeping.
10. Security
League Parlay uses measures intended to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices
Product controls may let you update profile information, choose sharing options, disconnect integrations, manage notifications, or delete eligible content. Some records may remain where needed for product integrity, other participants, security, or law.
12. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may contact League Parlay to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, and identity may need to be verified.
